• Wi-Fi network credential management
• Customer email collection and storage

• Analytics and reporting tools

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and terms of service
• Not transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content through the Service
• Not attempt to breach the security or integrity of the Service

If you are a business using our platform to offer Wi-Fi to your customers, you agree to:

• Compliance: Comply with all applicable data protection, privacy, and marketing laws (including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA)
• Consent: Obtain proper consent from customers before sending promotional communications
• Unsubscribe: Honor unsubscribe requests immediately and provide clear opt-out mechanisms
• Prohibited Content: Not send spam, malicious software, or any illegal content
• Fair Use: Use collected email addresses only for legitimate business purposes

For paid services:

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are non-refundable except as required by law
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes and charges
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Wyfy and protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the Service without our express written permission.

You may not use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk emails (spam)
• Transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon intellectual property rights
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Collect information in a misleading or fraudulent manner
• Impersonate any person or entity

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WYFY AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wyfy and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, actions, demands, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of or access to the Service
• Your violation of any term of these Terms
• Your violation of any third party right
• Your violation of any applicable law

We do not guarantee that the Service will be available at all times. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you:

• Violate any provision of these Terms
• Fail to pay applicable fees
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
• Abuse or misuse the Service

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
